Stable HeLa cell lines uniformly express A3F. Stable transduced HeLa cells expressing A3F wt or A3F mt or transduced with empty vector DNA (Ctrl) as described in the legend to Fig. 4 were analyzed for A3F expression using an A3F-specific polyclonal rabbit antibody. To control for nonspecific background produced by the secondary antibody, vector-transduced cells were treated with the secondary antibody only (no 1⁰). Labeled samples were viewed and photographed with a Zeiss Axio Imager Z1.
