(C) Individual frames from time-lapse videos of cdc11-119 cut11GFP cells treated for 2 h at 36.5°C, in the presence of 50 µg/ml MBC, prior to addition of 10 µM LA. Filming was started 5 min after LA addition. At time 21 min, cut11GFP starts to be lost from the nuclear envelope and this loss continues until reaching approximately half of the nucleus.
