Expression of CYP (A) and UGT (B) in growing and DMSO-treated Huh7 cells. Total RNA was isolated from Huh7 cells or pooled human hepatocytes (PHH, purchased from Celsis). Specific mRNA levels were determined by quantitative RT-PCR. The mRNA levels were normalized to β-actin levels.
