Classification of identified proteins based on their functional annotations using gene ontology (GO) molecular function (A), biological processes (B), and cellular components (C). These analyses were performed with the 1529 proteins identified in both cytoplasmic and nuclear replicates. When more than one assignment was available for a given protein, all the functional annotations were considered in the analyses.
