The number of errors is plotted versus the day of testing. There are statistically significant differences between the untreated control Tg mice versus the pABri treated Tg mice and wild-type controls. By two-way ANOVA the treatment effect was p<0.0001. Post-hoc Neuman-Keuls testing indicated that both the wild-type controls and pABri vaccinated Tg mice were significantly different from the control Tg mice (p<0.001). There are no differences between the wild-type controls and the pABri treated Tg mice.
