Rats were treated with vehicle, 0.5 × LD₁₀ (68 mg/kg) or 1 × LD₁₀ (136 mg/kg). Rats were observed for involuntary movements and scored according to the protocol described in the Materials and Methods section. Data represent median ± inter-quartile range. Data were analyzed using MANOVA (JMP statistical package).
