1	Working, in school, growing infant
2	Confined to home, self–care, not thriving but stable (infant)
3	Home, requiring professional care, losing developmental ground (infant)
4	Hospital bound, not in intensive care unit (ICU)

6	In ICU, unconscious, ventilator
