The number of SNPs (S) and results for the three neutrality tests performed for ERAP2 and ERAP1 using data generated from the six populations are indicated [TajD: Tajima's D; p(TajD): P-value for Tajima's D test; p(MWU): P-value for MWUhigh test; p(HKA): P-value for HKA test]. HKA was performed only for the coding regions of the genes. The complete matrix with summary statistics is presented in Table S1.
