(A) The relative musashi and NF-68 mRNA expression of neuronal cells exposed to 0, 0.5, 50, or 500 nM MeHgCl did not show prominent variation. The data was normalized to the expression of house-keeping gene GAPDH, and values of unexposed cells were used as a calibrator set to 0 at y-axis.
