(B) Fitting using the full data sets with the data for V39 left out. The fit results for the NTD shift systematically when V39 is omitted, making the NTD and CTD diffusion axes indistinguishable. For sGB1, the data set corresponding to that available for dGB1L7I-(n)-GB1 was used. All error bars indicate a range of 2 RMSD.
