ATP/ADP standard curves prepared with Ab1 and Ab2. To mimic ADP generated during an enzyme reaction, standard curves for 0.1 μM, 1 μM, 10 μM, 100 μM, and 1,000 μM ATP were prepared by keeping the adenine concentration constant: Ab1/0.1 μM ATP (•), Ab2/0.1 μM ATP (▪), Ab1/1 μM ATP (□), Ab2/1 μM ATP (□), Ab1/10 μM ATP (♦), Ab2/10 μM ATP (◊), Ab1/100 μM ATP (▴), Ab2/100 μM ATP (▵), Ab1/1,000 μM ATP (▾), and Ab2/1,000 μM ATP (▿). Ab1 and Ab2 were prepared in ADP Detection Buffer 1 and ADP Detection Buffer 2, respectively. The EC₈₅ antibody concentration for both ADP antibodies was used for each initial ATP concentration.
