KRT14-targeting vector transduction frequencies in normal human keratinocytes. Normal human keratinocytes were infected with the AAVK14e3IFsA gene-targeting vector and transduction measured by determining the percent of GFP positive cells using fluorescence-activated cell sorting. Because 100% of GFP positive clones contained targeted insertions at the KRT14 locus (see Figure 4a), these percentages also reflect the targeting frequency in normal human keratinocytes.
