IFN-γ dependency and inducibility by IL-12 of chemokines. Total RNA was isolated from 4T1 tumor cells on days 8 and 13 from wild-type and GKO mice treated or not with murine IL-12 for 12 h (12 and 24 h for the D13 samples).
