Mice liver samples were homogenized in ice-cold RIPA buffer and centrifuged at 12,000 g and the supernatants were subjected to western blot analysis for the expression of Daxx, Fas, p-SEK1 (Thr261), JNK, HSF1, p53, and ASK1. β-actin was used as the loading control.
