Saliva samples (▵) were collected from 16 SIVMac251-infected rhesus macaques at the indicated time points following inoculation. Saliva was diluted 1:20 and inhibitory capacity against SIVMac239-Cl3env was measured by TZM-bl assay for each animal over the course of disease.
