B, cGMP measurements in the DIGs signaling domain fraction prepared on a density gradient were not stimulated by the soluble guanylyl cyclase activator (SNAP, 100 μM) but were significantly elevated by uGN (10 nM) and blocked by 2Cl-ATP (1 μM).
