Nonlinear registration parameters. Step size is defined as the distance between control nodes for the free-form deformation recovered by ANIMAL. The blurring kernel is the size of the full-width-half-maximum of the Gaussian kernel used to blur the source and target data. The neighbourhood size is the diameter of the local neighbourhood used to estimate the local correlation that defined local similarity
