(b) Various concentrations of each peptide were incubated with Mycobacterium tuberculosis strain H37Rv (1 × 103M. tuberculosis at 37°C in 100 µl 7H9 broth), colonies were counted after 21 days of incubation at 37°C to determine minimum inhibitory concentrations.
