Ablation craters on the surface of a thin Staphylococcus epidermidis biofilm ($\sim 25\mu \text{m}$ thick) grown on ITO-coated glass slide imaged by CCD camera. Laser spot diameter was set to be $200\mu \text{m}$. Fluences in the range between $4.4\text{J}/{\text{cm}}^2$ (craters toward top left) and $0.64\text{J}/{\text{cm}}^2$ (craters toward bottom right) were applied.
