The HfqBb protein binds RNA. Gel mobility shift analyses of HfqBb binding to DsrABb (A) and rpoS (B). The RNAs were labeled with [α-32P]UTP during in vitro transcription, gel-purified, and incubated with increasing concentrations of purified recombinant HfqBb.
