Percentages with CIs that do not contain zero are considered to be significantly different. Sensitivity comparisons were computed by the first kit listed versus the second kit; a positive number indicates better performance in the first kit and a negative number indicates better performance in the second kit. Kit results were classified as correct or incorrect based on the CDC reference standard results. For numbers of samples used in these calculations refer to Table 2.
