WT, Ccr2^RFP/+Cx3cr1^GFP/+, Ccr2^RFP/+Cxc3r1^GFP/GFP, Ccr2^RFP/RFPCx3cr1^GFP/+, and Ccr2^RFP/RFPCx3cr1^GFP/GFP mice were injected intraperitoneally with thioglycollate, and inflammatory exudate cells were harvested 24 h later.
