HAE were infected with HPIV3 in the presence of 1uM VIKI-PEG₄-chol (circle), V-PEG₄-chol (triangle) or V-chol (square) peptide. After a 90 min incubation at 37°C, the inoculum was removed and the HAE were incubated at 37°C. The virus released from the apical surface was collected at the indicated time points. The percent reduction in viral titer (compared to results from mock infected samples) is shown as a function of time. Values represent means ± SD of 3 replicate samples. These data are representative of an experiment repeated 3 times.
