Immunoprecipitations using an antibody directed against GFP were performed. An immunoblot (IB) was then performed using an antibody directed against HA-tagged NHERF1 constructs. Results show that PDZ domain 2 is important for the interaction between the receptor and NHERF1. Results are representative of three independent experiments.
