Inhibitory effects of anti-integrin antibodies on cell adhesion to Lm3B11. MVE (A and C) or MCF10-A (B) cells were incubated with the indicated function-blocking, anti-integrin antibodies at a concentration of 20 μg/ml for 20 min at room temperature and then placed onto 96-well plates precoated with 5 μg/ml Lm3B11 (A and B), 1 μg/ml Lm3B32 (C, dark gray bar), or 2.5 μg/ml Lm5111 (C, clear bar) followed by incubation for 1 h at 37 °C. The relative number of adherent cells was determined as described in Fig. 3. The fluorescent intensity of the culture treated with mouse IgG was taken 100%. Each point represents the mean ± S.D. for triplicate assays.
