Effect of vector (TBTP 5) and its derivative (TBTP-M 7) on [3H] thymidine incorporation into cellular DNA in CEM cells. Cells were grown in presence of 1% DMSO indicated concentration of vector and its derivative as described in the Materials and Methods. The culture media was supplemented with 2.5 μCi of [methyl-3H] thymidine. The cells were harvested at indicated time points and assayed for [3H]-thymidine (TdR) incorporation in the cellular DNA.
