Findings of tissue biopsy findings. (A) Liver. Stromal edema is observed around the portal tract. Both focal necrosis and infiltration of lymphocytes, eosinophils and neutrophils in the lobule are also observed (periodic acid-Schiff stain, ×200). (B) Skin.
