In the control group, the PD and resistance of the jejunum and ileum did not change from baseline; however, the PD and resistance were significantly decreased at the end of preservation and 1 hr after reperfusion in the preservation group. The PD and resistance of the ileum did not recover until the 14th postoperative day, whereas the values in the jejunum recovered 3 days after transplantation.
