MS4a4B expression was determined by flow cytometric analysis with anti-MS4a4B intracellular staining. Negative is indicated as “−”; positive is indicated by expression levels based on fluorescent intensity as low (“+”), middle (“++”) and high (“+++”).
EL4, TIB47, CRL1778, 2993 and T180 are thymoma cell lines; 58α and α28 cells are T hybridoma.
