Cells were treated with 100 ng/ml leptin (L) and 10 μg/ml of adiponectin (Adn) alone and in combination (L+Adn). Untreated cells are denoted as U. Equal amount of cell lysates were subjected to immunoblot analysis using anti-SOCS3.
