Macrophage-deficient FVB/NJ Csf1op/op mice are also deficient in F4/80+ cells in adipose tissue. SVCs were isolated from subcutaneous and perigonadal adipose tissue of macrophage-deficient (FVB/NJ Csf1op/op) and control (FVB/NJ Csf1+/+) mice.
