Ribosomal S7 protein was amplified as reference. (B) Same as (A) but in carcass samples collected from the same mosquitoes. (C) AgApoLp-III expression in control and infected midguts kept at a temperature permissive for ookinete development (20°C) or at a non-permissive temperature (28°C).
