Immobilized mixed culture of AFF01/pLOI297 and CT1101/pLOI297 in a repeated batch fermentation. The experiment was conducted in anaerobic batch bioreactor containing 0.7 l of LB medium supplied with an initial concentration of 20 g/l glucose and 60 g/l xylose and with 0.35 l of beads.
