The half-time of the biphasic clearance pattern, comprised of a fast-release (T1) and slow-release component (T2). For each time point, four mice were injected. The values in italics in parenthesis are the results of uncertainties in the fitting procedure by a two-component function, as noted in the Results. The goodness of fit (R2) values ranged from 0.85 to 1. Each “X” indicates that, in the specified organs or tissues, no significant data could be obtained to determine b and T2 values for PNATAR and its CPP conjugates.
