Depletion of SOCS1 restores the type I and II IFN signaling in MT-2 cells. MT-2 cells were electroporated with control or SOCS1 specific-siRNAs (siSOCS1 (1), siSOCS1 (2), or a pool of siSOCS1 (1) and siSOCS1 (2)).
