WT (n = 5) and PAFR KO (n = 6) mice were infected with intranasally 106 PFU Influenza A H3N1 virus and weight monitored daily. PAFR-deficient mice lost significantly less weight at days 10, 11, 13 and 14 days after when compared to WT mice. Data are presented as Mean ± SEM. * for p<0.05. Unpaired t test.
