Effect of bafilomycin A₁ on the transfection efficiency of polymers. Either 7.5 nmol of HK and HHK or 0.375 nmol of HK4b and HHK4b was mixed with DNA and liposome. After the polymer–liposome–PCI-luc was prepared, the complexes and 10 ng/ml of bafilomycin were added to the cells for 4 h.
