mRNA expression of angiogenesis factors and their receptors in three human colon cancer cell lines. VEGFA, VEGFB, VEGFC, VEGFR1, VEGFR2, VEGFR3, NRP-1, NRP2, PDGFA, PDGFB, PDGFRα, PDGFRβ, HGF and HGFR mRNA were extracted using Trizol and expression was determined by RT-PCR in Caco-2, HCT116, HT29 cell lines.
