FIGURE 6. — RanBPM inhibits ubiquitination of Mgl-1. A, in vivo ubiquitination of Mgl-1. 293T cells were transfected with Myc-Mgl-1 and HA-ubiquitin individually or together. Ubiquitination of Mgl-1 was confirmed by co-immunoprecipitation with an anti-Myc antibody and the counter blot was detected by an anti-HA antibody. B, RanBPM decreases Mgl-1 ubiquitination level. 293T cells were transfected with constant amount of Myc-Mgl-1 and HA-ubiquitin, together with or without the increasing amount of FLAG-RanBPM. Ubiquitination level was checked by co-immunoprecipitation with an anti-Myc antibody and immunoblotted with an anti-HA antibody.
