Expression profiles of cell cycle-regulating genes in LNCaP and PC3 cells. LNCaP(A), RWPE1(B), and PC3(C) cells were incubated with 5 μM T0901317 for 18 h, and total RNA were isolated. After synthesizing cDNA from total RNA, mRNA expression levels of cyclin A, cyclin A1, cyclin B1, cyclin D1, cyclin E, cdc25a, p15, p21, p27, p27, p53, mdm2, gadd45a, and myc were analyzed by real-time quantitative PCR and normalized with GAPDH control.
