Effect of donor vesicle cholesterol content on cellular cholesterol content. BHK cells were incubated for 1 h with 0.5 mM vesicles composed of POPC and the indicated amounts of cholesterol in the presence of 4 mM (A) or 8 mM (B) meβ-CD.
