LDK RNAi prevents lipid body induction. Parallel cultures of PF were treated with or without Tet to induce RNAi. After 4 days, the cultures were split into three conditions—control, myriocin (1.5 μM), or delipidated serum—and cultured an additional 24 h. They were compared to parallel untreated cultures.
