Constitutively activated Arf6 blocks internalization of Listeria. HeLa cells were infected with retrovirus expressing either EGFP alone, EGFP-tagged wild-type (wt) Arf6, or tagged constitutively activated (Q67L) Arf6. At about 24 h after addition of retrovirus, cells were solubilized for assessment of EGFP protein expression by Western blotting.
