ATRIP antibodies recognize proteins of different sizes by Western blot analysis. Vero cells were mock infected or infected with HSV-1 at an MOI of 10 for 6 h. Cell lysates were prepared as described in Materials and Methods and separated by SDS-PAGE. Western blotting was performed with rATRIP 403 and mATRIP R&D.
