In vivo specificity and infection efficiency of MVG-αPSMA virus. Tumor xenografts were injected intratumorally with one dose of 2 ×106TCID50 virus and harvested 4 days later. Tumors were cryosectioned and immunostaining for MV-nucleocapsid N protein (brown color) was performed. MVG-αPSMA virus efficiently infected PSMA positive LNCaP and PC3/PIP tumors. In contrast, PSMA negative tumor PC3 showed little or no infection by the MVG-αPSMA virus.
