Immunocitochemistry assays using anti-CypB rabbit polyclonal antibody and mouse monoclonal anti-Na/K-β1 antibodies were performed on HK-2 cells. Fluorescence labelling was visualized in a Leica DM IRBE confocal microscope. See inset magnification for co-localization. Figures are representative of at least three independent experiments.
