After detection of cranial blood-brain barrier breakdown by Gd-DTPA, 0.1 mmol/kg bodyweight Gf was applied, and MRI repeated after 24 h. The EAE score at the day of Gf imaging and the corresponding lesion volume in T1-weighted Gf-enhanced images are presented. The day of clinical onset is given as days after T cell transfer.
