Pedigree of a French Canadian Family with PCARP

The pedigree is from a family with four members affected with PCARP, whose founders emigrated from a region near Bidart, France in the late 18^th century to the Gaspésie region of eastern Quebec, Canada. Affected individuals IV-3, V-4, and VI-2 shared a common homozygous SNP haplotype in the AXPC1 region between rs643930 and rs1434889. The haplotype is different from the American and Spanish families. The symbols are the same as those in Figure 2.
