ΔF/F₀, differences in phycoerythrin fluorescence between the cells incubated with 5D3 in the presence of prazosin and 5D3 alone (F₀) divided by F₀. Shown are means and SD of 3 independent experiments. Significant differences (P < 0.05) in 5D3 binding analyzed by the Student's t-test were observed between wild-type BCRP and the mutant N387A, Q398A, T402A, or N629A at certain prazosin concentrations and are marked (*) on the right of respective data points.
