Pre-treatment correlations show a similar pattern when participants with PET data only for the pre-treatment are added to the calculation (to yield n=43) and the significance of the pre-frontal to parietal correlation difference remains (p=.002). Removal of one participant with extreme change scores reduces the amygdala/hippocampus differences to a trend but the difference between prefrontal/parietal correlations pre and post remains significant (p=.04).
